WHY DO WE RUN OUT OF MOTIVATION

Initially people are motivated till they get good jobs and new things to explore in office, but when they got settle in their work environment, their routine makes them boring over the period and then same type work and routine lose their motivation over the time. majority of people feel the same on their life. they feel run out of motivation.

but they don't know how to regain motivation so they can enjoy their life.

Many time people struggle with their jobs or life problems they feel demotivated. Continuous facing problems in life also a cause. 


there are many ways to get self-motivated.

1. start running for 15 minutes a day at least but do it regularly.

2. wake up at 5pm every day and do some exercise or meditation.

3. Start regular yoga practice for one hour daily.

4. start reading good books before going to sleep for 15 minutes.

5. connect with some good mentors and talk regular with them.
