1. Intrinsic motivation

this type of motivation are inside us, like hobbies, personal liking or passion of something.

you can feel happiness from inside when you do something above. it's purpose of your life.

2. Extrinsic motivation

this type of motivation is from outside world, attract us like rewards, prizes, promotions etc.

WHY DO WE RUN OUT OF MOTIVATION

Initially people are motivated till they get good jobs and new things to explore in office, but when they got settle in their work environment, their routine makes them boring over the period and then same type work and routine lose their motivation over the time. majority of people feel the same on their life. they feel run out of motivation.

HALF KNOWLEDGE IS ALWAYS DANGEROUS

Half knowledge is always dangerous. With hard work and timely knowledge, we can understand right and wrong things. 

I will tell you the short story.

"Once upon a time, in the question of the death of a diamond merchant, his son was responsible for the family. Their trade had stopped. Due to this, they were completely deteriorating the financial situation. One day the boy found a diamond necklace in the house. He had a partial knowledge of diamonds. he thought it was a pricey necklace. He took the necklace and went to his uncle. His uncle was also a diamond merchant. The uncle tested the diamond and told him, 'Don't sell this necklace right now. Because there is a slowdown in market right now. If you sell over a period of time, you will get a good price of that necklace. Till then you work at my shop. This will run your house.


The boy started working at their shop as told by his uncle. Over time, he became well acquainted with diamonds. He could instantly identify the real and fake diamond. At the same time, the situation in his house was also coming on the track. He thought of selling a diamond necklace when he saw a boom in the market.


When the boy went home and saw the necklace, he knew that the necklace was false and would have no value. He then immediately went to his uncle.


The uncle said to him, 'I realized on the same day that the necklace was of fake diamonds. But if I had told you that day, you wouldn't have believed me. You would have misunderstood me. How to achieve success using Actions by setting Habbits.


1- Habit of stay Busy yourself–

To achieve the action mindset, you should develop the habit of being busy for as much time as possible. When you are busy, your subconscious mind will turn it into your habit.

Being busy means being in action. You can take time to rest in the middle of being busy but taking rest should be for you to gather energy to stay busy again, not sitting idle.

By doing this, you will always be in action, and it will become your habit.


2- Create Todo List Everyday-

To stay busy, you should prepare a list of tasks that will keep you busy for the day. For this, you need to prepare a Todo list for every day.

Make this Todo list every morning or before going to sleep at night. By making a Todo list, you will be clear what tasks you have to be busy with throughout the day and how long to stay busy.

Our mind runs more towards unnecessary tasks, but when it is clear what to do throughout the day, we will also be taking actions in the right actions.


3- Divide your Day Time into smaller zones(slots)–

This is a very efficient way to achieve action mindset. When we are constantly busy during the day, it starts boring after some time.

The wrong effect of this is that we do not feel like working and we are not able to do any work properly.

For this, divide your days' time into blocks or slots. You can make a block of 45 minutes.

Give some time between the two blocks for rest so that your mind can be fresh, and you can get energy for the next block.

You can take a break of 10 to 15 minutes between two blocks.


4- Take Challenges to Achieve an Action Mindset–

It takes a lot of time to develop an action mindset. For this, you have to take actions for a long time by dividing your goals into daily Todo lists.

When we include the challenge in it to complete the actions, it becomes easier to stay busy continuously for a long time.

For this, you can take a 30-day challenge or a 90-day challenge according to your goal.

For example, if you want to do daily exercise, then you can take a 90-day challenge for it.

In this way, the action mindset will come in you very quickly.


5- Set Motivation Triggers for Yourself–

No task is easy without motivation, so you will also need constant motivation to get an action mindset.

At the same time, we also know that no external motivation lasts long.

BE GRATEFUL FOR EVERYTHING YOU HAVE




A Small Story...

A father and his 15-year-old son are sitting in a train. After a while, the train starts. The son looks out the window and questions his father, "dad, what is this?" Father says that they are trees. 

Again, after a while the son asks the question, "what is this dad"... Father says "Son, they are birds". 

Again, after a while the son asks the question, "dad, what is this?" On that the father says that are mountains. 

The son again asks a question after a while "what is this dad?" The father says to the son, "son, it's a lake"... 

Seeing this, the person sitting in the front seat says to the boy's father, "why don't you treat this mad boy?"

On that, the father says that my son has had an eye operation yesterday... And today he is seeing this new world... 

 Friends, think that of a person who can't see this world. What would the world be like for him... What will that person ask to God when he goes to a temple??? Think over it... 

When a blind person goes to a temple, he will make only one request to God... God, I want to see this beautiful world that you have created... Just give me eyes and don't give me anything else... 

Even a person who does not have a hand does not ask God for anything but his hand... 

Friends, all I mean to say is that we have received a gift from nature. We have two eyes. There are two hands. There are two legs. Yet many people are unhappy.  Living a miserable life... Why??? 

Friends, if you think that suffering is only for the poor, then there is no such thing. I myself have seen very rich people sad for no reason.

Always remember one thing. Happiness, more than necessary, becomes the cause of misery...

The sinking of the Titanic was a devastating event that shocked the world and remains one of the greatest maritime disasters in history.


The story of the Titanic begins with its construction in Belfast, Ireland, in 1909. The ship was built by the White Star Line and was intended to be the flagship of the company's fleet. It was 882 feet long, 92 feet wide, and weighed 46,000 tons. The Titanic was equipped with the latest technology and amenities, including electricity, running water, and telephones. It was also fitted with a state-of-the-art navigation system and was equipped with lifeboats to ensure the safety of its passengers and crew.


The Titanic set sail from Southampton, England, on April 10, 1912, on its maiden voyage to New York City. The ship was filled with passengers from all walks of life, including wealthy industrialists, entrepreneurs, and celebrities, as well as emigrants seeking a new life in America. The voyage was intended to be a celebration of the Titanic's grandeur and technological superiority.


However, tragedy struck just five days into the voyage, when the Titanic struck an iceberg in the North Atlantic. Despite the efforts of the crew, the Titanic began to sink, and the lifeboats were launched in an attempt to save as many passengers as possible. The number of lifeboats was not sufficient to accommodate all of the passengers, and many people were left to face the icy waters of the North Atlantic.

The sinking of the Titanic was a tragedy of immense proportions, but an uninformed story of the time when the Titanic sinks.

About three ships were near it when the Titanic sank.

Sampson was 7 miles away from the Titanic. Captain saw the ammunition flying in the white-light sky posing a threat. His ship was illegally hunting the seal. if they went to the aid of the Titanic, they could be caught by sea patrolling police. Captain turned around the ship and headed in the opposite direction of the Titanic.


This ship represents only those of us who are so busy with our own sins and cannot recognize that someone in need needs us...!


Second ship California was only 14 miles from the Titanic, but it was surrounded by glaciers all around the captain looked out and saw the white flares warning of being in trouble, but the situation was not favorable and dark, so he decided not to take risk to go back and fall asleep and the crew tried to convince themselves that nothing had happened....


These ships represent the individuals in us who can't do anything now. The situation is not right and so they wait until the situation is favorable before helping anyone.


The last ship was Carpathia. The ship, which runs 58 miles south of the Titanic. They heard the commotion, the cries, the cries of help on the Titanic on the radio, the captain of this ship knelt down, prayed to God, and then started the ship at full speed and, making its way through the surrounding glaciers, the ship reached near the Titanic, and this was the ship that saved 705 people on the Titanic. 


Moral of the story:

There will always be reasons to avoid obstacles and responsibility, but those who accept it always find a place in the heart of the world with their good deeds...! And the world always places them in the hearts because of their goodness.

Is there too much stress? Your parents have more stress than you do.

You're stopping yourself.

If the person in front of you has more money than you, has a car, a name for success, then there is no need to become jealous of him, because that person deserves it.

He has worn out more feet than you do while walking in his life. When you were passing the time, that person was investing time.When you were wasting money, he was searching for earning sources.

When you were looking for a job, that person was thinking of creating thousands of jobs.

When you were sleeping when the lights went out, that person was reading in candlelight.

If you make an issue of a problem, then it will become a big problem. When you think that this is an opportunity to make a successful decision, you will consider the problem as not a problem but a turning point in life.

As a child, everyone has learned that pond is formed drop by drop! But he never tried to fill the pond. Another thing you know is that half knowledge is always dangerous, if we have learned a little and act as you know everything. Never even tried to get full knowledge. Never do that.

As a child we have been taught that a lazy person can't achieve success in life, he can't learn new things, then what he will do in his life? 

To achieve big, you don't have to do anything completely new, do it again in a new way! 

The difference is not in the work but in its method.

Students who fail also read the same book that top students read. But the pattern of top students is different. This method comes from learning, so keep learning and do something big.
